Donatella Zampoli's first foray into the culinary world led
to eight successful years at the Mas del Saugo, earning it a
Michelin Star in the process. She has since established
herself as a sought-after culinary consultant, having
consulted for such prestigious establishments as the La
Cantinetta Antinori in Florence.
She also served as the consulting executive chef for Italian
cuisine when Orient Lines launched its luxury cruise liner,
Marco Polo, and currently oversees culinary programmes for
all the winemaking estates of the Frescobaldi family. |
