Chef Arnaud L'allement

At the tender
age of 24, Chef Arnaud L'allement assumed leadership of the
kitchens at L'Assiette Champenoise, where he earned it a
Michelin Star. At the same time, he began work on his
cookbook, the Carnet des Saveurs en Champagne, which he
launched in 2003.
In 2004, Chef Arnaud was selected by Alain Ducasse for his
Fou-Food France project, an initiative that involved
bringing young provincial chefs to Paris to present their
culinary skills. Two years later, Chef Arnaud helped
L'Assiette Champenoise earn yet another Michelin Star. |
