Danger has served in some of the world's most famous
establishments, including stints on board the L'Orient
Express train and the 3 Michelin Star restaurant Trois Gros
Restaurant in Roanne, France.
Chef Eric Danger has spent the last 15 years as a chef at
Chateau de Chanteloup, a 4-star Les Castels site set within
a 160-year-old chateau. His specialties, including the
terrine de foie gras au pain d'epice and le Vesuve, a
fondant chocolate cake with a glass of Cordon Bleu as an
accompaniment, are firm favourites of gourmands worldwide. |
