Teeing-off with the Media

Genting - City of Entertainment recently hosted the brilliant Media Golf tournament at the picturesque Awana Genting Highlands Golf and Country Resort on 30 June. The event, which was aimed at strengthening the relationship between Resorts World Bhd and the media, saw Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi join 80 golfers from the media on the magnificent greens to enjoy a game of golf amidst the cool and relaxing surroundings. Many attractive prizes were offered, and there was a lot of good-natured competition among the participants as they vied for the top prizes and bragging rights.

A resounding success, the Media Golf Tournament is sure to benefit both the media and the company, enabling them to forge better ties through cooperative efforts in the future. The great turnout and scale of the event is certainly a testament to the capabilities of Genting - City of Entertainment in organising.
