Genting - City of Entertainment recently hosted Asia's premier pool tournament with the Guinness 9 Ball Tour cueing off at the Arena of Stars on 15 June. Many of Asia's top pool players competed for the region's largest prize money of US$320,000.

Organised by ESPN Star Sports and sponsored by Guinness, the tournament is part of Asia's only ranking tour and remains the only route for players from Asia to qualify for the prestigious WPA World Pool Championship. The tour comprises six cities, starting in Jakarta on 20 April and making its way around Asia. One of the highlights of the tournament was the exclusive Guinness 9 Ball Tour Black party, a spectacular and by-invitation party that was held at Arena of Stars on 16 June from 9pm onwards.
