A Taste of
Danger at The Olive

Malaysia will be bringing their renowned chefs and wine
connoisseurs from France for a tour of a few select hotels to
give demonstrations of food and wine pairing. As home to one
of Malaysia’s premier hotels, Genting - City of Entertainment
has been given the honour of hosting one of these prestigious
events.
This exciting event will be held on 7 September 2007 at the
Genting Hotel’s premier restaurant, The Olive. The event will
see Master Chef Eric Danger team up with The Olive’s house
chef to create a six-course lunch and dinner. Each course will
be complemented by either Martell’s XO or Cordon Bleu,
depending on the recommendation of wine connoisseur Jacques
Menier.
With these two masters at the helm, this event promises to be
a scintillating culinary experience.
