The King was at The Olive

Anton Mosimann, the man who is said to have divided the culinary world into pre-Mosimann and post-Mosimann, was at Genting - City of Entertainment on 10 November to delight the taste buds of the guests at The Olive Restaurant. The King of the Kitchens, as he is famously known as, prepared a mouth watering six-course which began with a delectable Chicken Liver Parfait Flavoured with Truffles and ended with a sinfully delicious Anton’s Chocolate Delice.
